For phone bookings, just provide your pickup address, destination, date, time, and number of passengers. We will confirm your booking and give you a price quote right away.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for airport transfers and early morning rides. However, we also accommodate same-day and last-minute bookings whenever possible. For special events, corporate events, or holiday travel, we suggest booking 3-7 days ahead to secure your preferred vehicle and driver.
Absolutely. Many of our customers book rides for family members, clients, employees, or guests. Just provide us with the passenger's name, phone number, pickup location, and destination. We will coordinate directly with the passenger for pickup details and ensure a smooth ride.
We understand that plans change. You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee. For airport pickups, please notify us as soon as possible if your flight is cancelled or rescheduled.
Our pricing depends on the type of service, distance, and vehicle type. Airport transfers are typically flat-rate, meaning you know exactly what you will pay before you book — no surprises. For flat-rate airport transfers, all tolls and standard fees are included in the quoted price. For metered or distance-based rides, tolls may be added to the final fare. We always inform you of any additional charges before your ride begins so there are no surprises.

We provide car service from Long Island to all major airports in the region: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), and Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP). We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time — you do not need to call us. If your flight arrives early, we do our best to have your driver there when you land. We offer free wait time of up to 60 minutes for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights after your plane lands.
For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting at the designated pickup area outside your terminal. We will send you your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle description in advance. For an additional meet-and-greet service, your driver can meet you inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign.
For departures, your driver will arrive at your pickup location 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time. We calculate the pickup time based on traffic patterns and your flight departure time to ensure you arrive at the airport with plenty of time to check in, go through security, and reach your gate comfortably.

Yes, we can provide child car seats and booster seats upon request. Please let us know when booking that you need a car seat, and specify the child's age and weight so we can have the appropriate seat ready. There is no additional charge for this service. You are also welcome to bring your own car seat.
